Refund eligibility depends on the airline's fare rules, ticket conditions, booking status, applicable penalties and the terms under which the ticket was issued.

Important Points

• Not every ticket is refundable.
• Some fares may be non-refundable or may carry cancellation/refund charges.
• Refund requests must be submitted through TICKETPOINT® where applicable.
• Airline taxes, fees and penalties may affect the final refundable amount.
• Where an airline or supplier retains any amount under its fare rules, that amount may be deducted from the customer's refund.
• Processing time depends on the airline, supplier/BSP processing and banking/payment procedures.
• TICKETPOINT® will process eligible refunds as promptly as reasonably possible after receiving the required approval or funds from the relevant airline/supplier.

Customers will be informed of applicable refund conditions before processing whenever the information is available.
