TICKETPOINT® aims to make travel services more accessible by offering flexible payment arrangements where EMI or instalment facilities are available and applicable.

Any EMI or instalment arrangement will be subject to:

• Service availability
• Payment method
• Customer eligibility
• Agreed payment schedule
• Applicable service charges
• Third-party financial/payment-provider terms, where applicable

A booking will only be confirmed or ticketed according to the agreed payment conditions.

Customers must complete payments within the agreed timeframe. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in cancellation of the booking, fare changes or loss of availability.

EMI availability, duration and conditions may vary by service and booking.
